Managing Your Membership
All of our Snap Fitness gyms are independently owned and have their own membership pricing options. To view membership options and pricing, find a club near you!
Membership dues vary by location since each club is individually owned and operated. Find the club nearest you by clicking here.. From there, you can view pricing for the type of membership you are inquiring about.
Life gets busy. That's why we allow members to freeze their accounts. Contact your local club and a team member will be able to explain the process and assist you.

One of the benefits of being a Snap Fitness member is that you can use any one of our Snap Fitness locations. Your home club handles your membership benefits and billing, so your membership is automatically transferred to the club you are attending most often—even if it is not the club where you signed up.
We hate to see you go! Because cancellation rules may vary from state to state, specific information on cancellation can be found in your Membership Agreement. Don’t have it handy? You can contact your club directly to cancel your membership. Feel free to call, email, or walk in during staffed hours and your club team will assist you in the cancellation process. We’ve got you covered! Your club can issue you a new card—usually for a small fee. Please contact your club during staffed hours to set up a time to get a new card.
BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are welcome to join you, but for safety and insurance purposes, your guest must speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass and sign a waiver. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be charged for unauthorized visitors.
Clubs can offer different promotions that are "online only" or "in-store only." Please contact your local club to find out which offer is best for you.

Personal Training Certification
The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) provides special offers for Snap Fitness employees to become a certified personal trainer. Contact Joseph Miller at Joseph.Miller@nasm.org to sign up or learn more about the program!

This is entirely dependent on how many clients you have, how much time you dedicate to your personal training, and a variety of other factors. As a personal trainer you are your own boss, so this is entirely up to you!
Wearable Heart Rate Technology

Heart rate technology is a great way to track every success and move your mood! Myzone heart rate technology allows you to move towards your goals while you work and to review your progress in the Myzone app. You’ll also have a chance to participate in Myzone challenges with your club for a chance to win prizes!
You only have to wear your Myzone technology when you want to. If you are aiming to capture and celebrate all your movements, we recommend wearing your tech any time you are getting active.
At Snap Fitness, we know that the most important thing about joining a gym is the way fitness makes you feel. We’re so sure that you’ll love our fitness centers that if you sign up for a full membership and don’t feel a positive difference in your physical and mental wellbeing within 30 days, the club will refund your membership dues and access card fees. In order to receive a refund, you must work out at the club at least twice a week for four weeks and attend a fitness evaluation with Club staff. The refund does not apply to program fees, tanning, personal training, vending or merchandise purchases.
