Tasty Bunless Burgers

INGREDIENTS
- 240 g Beef Patty
- ½ medium Avocado
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 4 whole Butter Lettuce Leaves
- ½ medium Onion
- ½ cup Baby Spinach
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
- 1 serve Salt and Pepper
- 700 g Sweet Potato
METHOD
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Step 2
Slice the sweet potatoes and zucchini into wedges, then spread over a lined baking tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and place in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until starting to brown and cooked to your liking.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the onion, avocado, and tomato into rings.
Step 4
Take a non-stick frypan and place over a medium heat. Add the burgers to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5
Once cooked, take two separate plates and lay down a lettuce leaf. Add the burger, a few slices of tomato, onion, and avocado, a few pieces of spinach, and a drizzle of sauce. Top with another lettuce leaf to close the burger.
Step 6
Remove the sweet potato and zucchini wedges from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve on the side of the burgers and enjoy!
