Introducing the New Snap App
The Snap App is here! Designed to enhance your overall Snap Fitness member journey, the app provides a customized experience based on your goals. You can track your progress both in and outside the gym. And with 1200 on-demand workouts and programs, thousands of nutritious meal recipes, and a plethora of mindfulness resources, you are sure to feel empowered to live a healthy life and feel your best.

1. On-demand workouts
Within the “Move” section, you can choose from over 1200 on-demand workouts that include strength, cardio, HIIT, dance, martial arts, kickboxing, cycling, core, circuit training, and so much more. These classes are taught by motivating instructors with options for all interests, fitness levels and abilities, and include varying lengths so you can choose what’s best for you.
2. Customized workout programs
Developed by top health and fitness experts, these specialized programs offer a variety of workouts that have been customized based on the goals you want to achieve, whether that be to lose weight, gain muscle, reduce stress, improve energy, train, or improve your mental health and wellbeing. The training programs provide daily workouts, from yoga series to power training. Find what suits you best and elevate your workouts! Plus, these guided programs are a perfect way to stay active away from the gym or enhance your in-club experience. Just grab the necessary equipment, press play and start crushing it!
3. Mindfulness Resources
Head to our “Mind” section and find balance and guidance with an assortment of meditations, podcasts, and healthy habit tips. Whether you’re new to meditation or an avid meditator, we have an abundance to choose from. These meditations and resources will help you clear the clutter in your mind, release stress and find balance. It’s the perfect way to start your day or fit in whenever you need some calm.
Looking for delicious and nutritious recipes? The nutrition section of the Snap app features plenty of recipes to choose from. From tofu pad thai to chicken and cashew stir-fry, there is something for everyone and every dietary need. The section also includes nutrition guides and meal plans created by our experts and shopping lists matched to your goals.
Whether you're setting a personal goal or taking a walk outside, every minute counts and is tracked in the Snap Fitness Member App. The App tracks everything from your steps and distance to your calories and gym visits. You can also earn journey badges each week to show for our progress.

How to get started with the Snap Fitness app:
- Download the Snap Fitness App from your App store.
- Once downloaded, follow the onboarding process
- Watch the educational video
- Connect your fitness tracking device. Your data will sync up with the Snap Fitness app and will update your progress towards your goals.
